Corrientes is located between two rivers: the Uruguay (to the east) and the Paraná (to the west and north), which constitute the natural borders of its territory. In the Argentine Liroral.
The predominant climate is subtropical without a dry season, with abundant rainfall and high temperatures with little daily and seasonal variations.
