There’s nothing better than feeling the river coolness first-hand. Would you get on the kayak, or would you rather try standup-paddle surfing?

Corrientes is a province in the subtropical northeast of Argentina, bounded by the Paraná and Uruguay rivers.

Water resources are used, in addition to nautical and tourist activities, for the generation of electricity in the Yacyretá hydroelectric dam. Numerous estuaries, wetlands and lagoons give the landscape a unique appearance. The number of existing lagoons is estimated at more than 20.000.
